Glenn Whitmore was born in Chicago, IL on a Friday, July 3, 1964. He was the sixth of ten children born to the late Melvin Whitmore and Marvina (Goodwin) Whitmore.
During his formative years, Glenn attended Hearst Elementary School in Leclaire Courts and later John F. Kennedy High School in Chicago. Throughout his life, Glenn worked in several fields, including healthcare, dietary services, custodial work, and lawn care.
