Glenn H. Rollins Jr. age 69 passed away on July 21, 2019 in New City, NY. Glenn was born on April 18, 1950 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Sally Geneva Rollins (née Cox) and Glenn H. Rollins, Sr. Glenn was well-known by family and friends as a lover of sci-fi, hard work, and the great outdoors. He held his deepest love for his wife Vivienne and his family. Glenn’s passions involved learning about new technologies, and his handiness around the house and knack for tinkering were legendary. All who knew him easily recall his generous spirit and kind heart, and will miss his delicious mac 'n' cheese and re-creations of his mother's candied yams. Glenn is pre-deceased by both parents, his younger sister Gwenell, sister-by-choice Anita, and his younger brother Garry, Sr. He is survived by his wife Vivienne, his daughters Gulienne and Gennifer, his granddaughter Gadiélla and his younger brother Gerald. His sons-in-law Shais and Leonardo, and goddaughter Keely, join numerous siblings-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews in remembrance of this distinguished Southern gentleman with a Queens, NY polish. In the profound words of his granddaughter, "My Glennpa was the best, he was awesome, he was amazing."

Visitation services will be held at Sniffen-Sagala Funeral Home in Spring Valley, NY on Wednesday, July 31 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:30-8:30 pm. The funeral mass will be held at St. Augustine Church in New City, NY on Thursday, August 1, at 11:00 am.
