Glenda Lou Kelsey (Altizer), age 64, of Spokane, WA, passed away on September 27th, 2023 after a courageous battle with COPD. Glenda was born on March 5, 1959. She was a woman of remarkable strength and unwavering determination, demonstrating resilience and perseverance throughout her life.

Glenda was a devoted mother and her greatest joy came from her family. She was the proud mother of six children, including three biological children and three grandchildren whom she adopted at birth. Glenda also leaves behind stepchildren and grandchildren who will cherish her memory. Her love and dedication to her family were unparalleled, and she was cherished as a mother by many.

Glenda is survived by her loving husband, Rick Kelsey, and five of her children; Angela Altizer, Skye Altizer, Jason Altizer, Anthony Altizer, and Michael Altizer. Tragically, Glenda's middle son, Donovan Altizer passed away in July 2016, leaving a voice in the family's heart.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Glenda will be held on Sunday; October 15th, 2023 at 2:30 PM at 2818 N. Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley, WA. Her family invites all those who love her to join them in remembering and celebrating her remarkable life.
