Glen's obituary
Over the years Glen was a member of the Vasa Order of America, the Wonder Weavers Swedish folkdance group, Boy Scout Troup #421 and the Exchange Club of Branford. He graduated from Yankton College in SD and went on to earn his graduate degree in Business from the University of Bridgeport. Prior to his illness he was the owner of Walter E. Williams, LLC; a garage door and operator company originally owned by his late father-in-law Walter Williams.
Prior to his passing he was able to attend the wedding of his son and daughter-in-law Jon-Erik and Molly on June 14, 2018. He then fulfilled his dream of bringing his granddaughters to his adored Cape May, NJ shore where he had lifeguarded in his youth. A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Branford on September 8th at 11am. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to Connecticut Hospice of Branford.
