Gladys's obituary

Gladys Virginia Luther, of Plainsboro, NJ, passed away on July 7, 2019 at the age of 89.
Predeceased by her husband, Leonard Luther, Sr. who died in 1988, she is survived by her children, Lois and Jack Wetterling, Leonard and Paula Luther, Laura and Steve Luck, and Lynn and Bob Black.
Her greatest joy in life was being Mom-Mom to her grandchildren, Karin Wetterling and Sean LaBrie, John Wetterling, Stefanie Luck, Mallory and Matthew Gazda, Megan Luther and Peter Kirchner, Matthew and Celina Luther, Kaitlyn Baugher, Kelly Baugher, Billy Baugher, Charlie Black and Robert Black. Gladys adored her only great-grandchild, Freddy Glandz, and carried his picture with her wherever she went.
Gladys is also survived by her sister, Virginia Megill of Pensacola, Fl, and many nieces and nephews.
During the past five years while living at Bear Creek Assisted Living in West Windsor, NJ, Gladys was blessed to find love and companionship with a wonderful man, Donald Hiles. Listening to music, playing bingo, working in the garden, or sitting quietly together, they were inseparable. The family is grateful for the love and support of the Hiles family.
There are others who were special to Gladys - people who always took the time to call her or visit her - Terrie Mansmann, (for the flowers you always brought her and for sharing family stories with her), Bernice Weinblatt, (for being such a compassionate and caring friend), Barbara Madison-Mengedoth (your visits made her so happy), and Dorothy Gibbon (those Thursday chats and brownies were the highlight of her week).
A special thanks to Chris Slavicek, Donna Ferrante Smith and Karen Ortutay. You left Bear Creek, but you never left our mother, and for that, we are forever grateful.
Graveside service was private, with burial at Forest Green Park Cemetery in Morganville, NJ.
