I was so sorry, shocked and grief stricken to hear about Giovanna's passing. Heaven has gained yet another angel, way too soon and way before her time 😢 This is a tragic loss, one that should have never have happened. What an absolute shock to us all. Gio was such an incredibly vibrant person, filled with laughter, kindness, no holds barred love, and I was blessed to call her my friend 💟 for over 35 years. She was so unbelievably beyond proud of her daughters, Alina LaBollita and Cecelia LaBollita updating me and probably anyone who would listen, about their every little life moments, all of which were out of this world, incredibly outstanding, retold with such excitement, that the word proud does not fully express what Gio conveyed.
I have no doubt that both of her daughters, as well as other Johnson family members, from Buffalo, NY to Florida and beyond, will continue to carry her light, love and memory with them at all times, especially as each shares there own individual stories with each other, their friends, and little ones. I will always cherish the memories we shared together. I also damn well know that Gio is going to make good on her promises to haunt me for the rest of my life, as we used to joke about. 💞 I am actually looking forward to it. Heaven has stolen another of Earth's Angels 💞😢💟Rest in peace and power my friend 💟 ✨🍀💕✨😢✨💐✨🍀✨💟 Rest in Peace and Power 🙏 💟✨💐✨🍀✨🥺✨💐

I’m so sorry for your loss. Giovanna was kind, funny, and caring. She always made me feel like part of the family, opening her home to us in high school and filling it with laughter. She was so proud of Alina and Cecilia. I have no doubt the will continue to carry her light and memory. I’ll always cherish the memories we shared together.
