Gina Elizabeth Lee, 37, of Springfield, Illinois, passed away on April 8, 2026. She was born on October 12, 1988.

Gina was known for her bold, outspoken nature and her fearless approach to life. She had a vibrant presence, a strong spirit, and a sense of humor that could light up a room. Those who knew her will always remember her for her strength, her individuality, and her ability to make others laugh even during difficult times.

Becoming a mother at a young age, Gina grew up quickly and embraced life’s responsibilities with determination and resilience. The loss of her father was a profound hardship in her life, one that shaped her strength and deepened her compassion for others.

Gina had a heart full of love and never forgot the people she cared about. She consistently put others before herself and was deeply devoted to her family. Her love for them was unwavering and evident in everything she did.

She is survived by her loving mother; her four sisters; her three brothers; and her beloved daughter, Kortni Lynn, who meant the world to her.

Gina will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, and she will be cherished always
