I have seen Gina a couple of times since this night, but this special evening has always stayed with me through the years.
I came up to visit a few months after graduating and Gina, myself, Lisa Pages and some of our KD sisters had a girls night out. . I remember Gina had already been diagnosed with cancer for the first time and she was wearing this bobbed wig .....she looked adorable as always. What struck me was her energy and her smile during this difficult time. That even in the hardest of times, going through something so terrible at such a young age, she still managed to find the energy to come out with us and enjoy herself. She always found the positive in everything. Gina was the epitome of strength and had a spirit that was unmatched I will always remember her this way. ♥️

The Guthries attended Curtis' promotion to Colonel, and even months later Gina kept calling it his CORONATION. We laughed every time. She found this US Bicentennial silver spatula while rummaging at one of her shops, no doubt!
No words can help us make sense of losing someone so young and so wonderful - this quote seemed appropriate- Rest In Peace Gina - AOT Jennifer or “Boynton” or “Grandma”
YOU’RE LIFE WAS A BLESSING
YOU’RE MEMORY A TREASURE
YOU’RE LOVED BEYOND WORDS
AND MISSED BEYOND MEASURE
My thoughts and prayers are with Gina, Mike and the Guthrie family. She will never be forgotten. Always upbeat and smiling. It was an honor an pleasure to have known her.

My heart is breaking for Gina's family. She was such a special part of the Micklow Family during high school and college. It was always such a great joy to have Gina in our home and have so many adventures with Greg and Jeff. Gina always treated me with so much respect and love and I am so blessed to have been there for many of her accomplishments during her younger years. She was such a special person and had such a bubbly and joyous personality. Anyone who had the special honor of spending time around Gina is a better person for having had that opportunity. She is loved and will be missed by so many people. Rest in peace....beautiful and sweet Gina.
Although Heaven gained an angel, and Gina is in a better place with no pain, it still does not fill the void of losing her. She was the sunshine of every event, always smiling, always positive and always encouraging. I am truly in awe of how she handled her cancer and treatments , she is and will be my inspiration. I will miss her deeply. My thoughts and prayers are with Mike, Mia and Michael.
To Mike, Mia, Michael, Johnny, John and Carter,
I cannot believe that she is gone. I always believed that she could do anything. There is not another human that is as wonderful, as smart and funny, as kind, as dedicated, as goofy, as real, as magical as she was. My life is forever changed by knowing her. I'll never forget the day that she met you Mike. She knew she had met a man who had it all. You were an answer to a prayer. I am so glad that you were there to adore her every day since. I am so sad that she is not in this world anymore, but I am glad that during her life she was surrounded by love every day.
