Gillis Carolyn Richardson was born in 1934 in Columbus Ohio and was raised by Gillis and Naomi Goshen. Carolyn was an accomplished Balerina. She started dancing at the young age of three. She also loved to play the piano. Carolyn then moved to Denver as a young mother to raise her three daughters Lee Ann, Linda and Leslie.
