Hello Elizabeth , I just heard of the passing of Dr. E as I used to call him. I met him one day when I found his dog Red. He became a very close friend and loved by the Woodard family.

Soon after if you recall I gave him Promise my little English Cocker which he loved.

Again, I'm so very for your loss of such a dear and loving man.

Michael Woodard

Hello Elizabeth and Philip.  I just learned about Dr. Echelman's passing.  I am so very sorry for your loss.  I worked for Dr. E. in the late 60s  and early to mid 70s, starting at age 15 with a high school work program.  I learned so much from Dr. E and will be forever grateful for the opportunity to work for him and the experiences I had.  Again, I am very sorry for your loss.  Dr. E. will always be in my thoughts.  Donna Ebner

I'm so sorry for the loss of Gilbert. I'll always think of him whenever I think of our marathon Risk games at the Echelman house with Michael, Todd, David Wolfson and myself.  Gil would drop by the room we were playing in and chuckle as we were hooting and hollering over trying to conquer the world!  Amazing time and place to grow up with such loving friends as the Echelman family.  May his memory forever be a blessing.
