My condolences to Geoff and family, Culver, John and Mike. I first met Getchel when we started working as Realtors at the little Century 21 Real Estate office on Highland Avenue in Manhattan Beach at about the same time along with Lida Sandera. We had other jobs as well but left them when we started selling homes and got very busy in the real estate business. Getchel, Lida and I continued to work together when we moved to South Bay Brokers, now Vista Sothebys. We remained friends for all these years(40) and I miss Getchel so much. Looking back, what great friends, what a perfect time to be in Real Estate. We really loved our jobs and had so much fun besides.
