Gertrude (Trudy) M. Sanchez, (nee Wojt) 90 of Deerfield, formally of Elmhurst and Highland Park, born in Gile, Wisconsin May 2, 1932 passed away December 13, 2022.
Loving daughter of Chester and Johanna Wojt.
She is preceded by her daughter; †Laura (Marco Cesario).
Trudy, a singer with the Highland Park Senior Center Choir, the Laurel Larks, performs for the seniors at the Highland Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A truly beautiful and talented person, at the age of five, learned to play the violin. She played the piano and in the past years, accompanied on the violin by her former husband †Lawrence Sanchez. Together they were musically entertaining.
She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
There will be no Service. Interment is at ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CEMETERY & MAUSOLEUM 700 N. River RoadDes Plaines, IL 60016
