My sincere condolences for the family of Gerry McGee. I have been a fan of the Ventures for many years, and admired Gerry's playing, and his precision and control. I enjoyed his live performances on video, and wish I could have met him in person. I will never forget him. God bless him and his family.
So sorry to hear about your father. My name is Cody S. Taylor, I knew your dad very well, and first met him at the Seawitch in Hollwood and followed him around when he was working. We were good friends and I miss him, please tell you mother that I would like to get in touch with her. I haven't been able to find her.
Thank you, Cody

We offer you our sincere condolences for the loss of your father. Gerry was a very humble and kind man. He was also one of the greatest guitarists to ever walk the face of this earth. It was a pleasure and honor to know him. God bless you all.
