In loving memory ~
Our beloved father Gerhard Bloedorn passed away in Nanaimo, BC
on January 26, 2025 the spry age of 82. He was born in Germany on May 9, 1942. His childhood in Flintbek instilled a lifelong passion for fishing, hunting, hiking, dancing and adventure, and he loved to share time in nature and the outdoors.
He leaves behind his children Sharon, Susan and Judy, Grandchildren Murrin and Lukas, family and friends. The Memorial service will be held at Departure Bay Baptist Church, 3510 Departure Bay Road on Saturday, June 21st at 1:00pm. All friends and family are welcome.
