Gerda Etrice Desameau, 75, of Cap-Haitian, Haiti, left us surrounded by her friends, family, and loved ones on 04/11/2018. The sun rose and the world welcomed Gerda on 10/12/1942, a day the world became a little brighter.

She is survived by 9 of her children Asa Pierre, Nancy Marquis , Advil Desameau, Myland Desameau, Shirley Louis, Joanna Desameau, Malika Joseph, and Medina Vilsaint. Her 11 grandchildren, Jahari Pierre, Katana Pierre, Jamila Dennis, Asani Louis, Morocco Louis, Neveah Louis, Jaliq Joseph, Jadia Joseph, Karim Vilsaint, Kori Vilsaint and her beloved sisters, Mirlande and Lovelie.

Friends and relatives will be traveling to Gerda's home town of Cap-Haitian, Haiti to lay her to rest.
