Gerardo Calacuayo, de 71 años, falleció el 16 de junio de 2022. Nació de Gabriel y Jacqueline en McAllen, Texas, el 23 de febrero de 1951.
Se casó con Lupita en 42 años y vivieron juntos en San Juan, Texas. Juntos criaron a 4 hijos Sandra (Pablo), Michael (Jessica), Santos (Mary Ann), Pedro (Seliná). También le sobreviven 9 nietos.
Gerardo trabajó en Construcción hasta su jubilación en 2000 y le apasionaba afectar al cambio más positivo en las personas. Gerardo siguió siendo mentor de jóvenes trabajadores de la construcción hasta su muerte.
