A church service for Jerry will be held on Friday March 22nd at 1:30pm at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola 980 Park Ave, New York, NY 10028 (84th and park)
A celebration of life for Jerry will be held on Friday March 22nd from 7-9pm at the Cosmopolitan Club 122 E 66th St, New York, NY 10065 (66th between lex and park)
Dress code: Men: (suit, sport coat or blazer) with a collared or turtleneck shirt, appropriate slacks and dress shoes. Women: tailored pants, suits, dresses and non-sneaker type shoes.
The dress code is applicable only to the Celebration of Life and not the church service.
RSVPs by Tuesday March 19th will greatly help the Foley family to establish an accurate headcount and make appropriate arrangements.
