Georgeann (Jody) Collins (Barnhart), 82, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday January 16th. She was born November 24th, 1936 to the late George and Dot Barnhart (Womeldorf). She is predeceased by her husband John McDonald and husband Jack Collins. She is also predeceased by her daughter Kellie McDonald. Georgeann is survived by her children Jodie Timons of Brookfield, Lori McCambridge of Dudley, Jacki McDonald of Franklin and Kevin Collins of Blackstone. She leaves behind 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great grandchildren whom all adored her. Georgeann worked for many decades for Framingham Union hospital /MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, MA. spending much of her career as the hospital’s Residency Program Coordinator. In her position she touched the lives of hundreds of new, young doctors who grew to love her as much as she loved all of them. When not working she enjoyed quiet time with her dogs, visiting with her family, and spending as much time as she could on Cape Cod, her favorite place. A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to:
