George Joseph Shamer, Jr., "Joe" 79, of Towson, Maryland passed away on November 10, 2022 from tumors.
Joe was predeceased by his father George Joseph Shamer, Sr. He is survived by the Schwartz family who love him very much and greatly appreciate the time they had with him over the past decade. He had taken on the role of beloved step father to Everett and Sara Jane.
