George P. Mich, 91, of Kenosha passed away peacefully on Monday, June 23, 2025 at home with family by his side.

Born in Kenosha on May 15, 1934, he is the son of Leonard and Elinor (Maurice) Mich. George attended St. John the Baptist School in Paris and graduated from Wilmont High School. He then went to work at Peter Pirsch Company building fire trucks for 33 years. He later worked at the Kenosha parks for many years and driving cars for LeMay Auto.

George met his wife, Ann, at St. Catherine’s Hospital when he was a patient and she was his nurse. They were married on May 10, 1958 at St. George Church. They enjoyed traveling all over the world, but most of all cruising. They traveled all over the United States finding different casinos. They also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends.

George is survived by his wife, Ann; three children, Deborah (Mike), Beverly (Tom), Wayne (Deb); grandchildren, Steven , Amanda, Rebecca , Kimberly , Heidi , Chris, Gabriella, Trevor, Austin; great grandchildren, Mason and  , Isaac and Markus George , Leonidas, Sofia  Athena, and Dylan Matthew. He is further survived by his brother Lee (Darlene); sister Rita (John) and sister-in-law Dolores.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers John, Tony (Jean) and Edward Mich; sister Mary (Don) Johnson, and in-laws Harold and Betty Herrmann, William and Ruth Herrmann, August and Rosemary Ridolfi and Eugene Herrmann.
