It is with great sadness that the family of George Joseph Otto announces his passing on January 6, 2024. George was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on June 13, 1946. George graduated from High School at St. Gregory’s Catholic School in North East, Pennsylvania and started college at Gannon University then moved to Central Washington University graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
