Background

I am in need of financial assistance because I had to pay cash for my husband's funeral. My husband passed away on April 21, 2020. My husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. He fought a long battle. We purchased a Insurance policy March 2019 durning the time that he was on a chemotherapy pill. The agent wrote him up for the policy, and told us that they accepted him because he was taking the chemotherapy pill. When he died I found out that she did not tell the truth on the application even though we were truthful with her about his cancer history. I am still waiting for the insurance company to let me know what they are going to do about paying or not paying the policy. The next thing that happened to me is that the cemetary sold me a companion plot that had many misleading things on the contract. I should have read the contract but I was trying to get my husband buried. They stated that I would have to pay his service off first and my part was set up on a monthly plan. Little did I know that the headstone was not on his paid off portion of the contract. I was told that they would not put the headstone on his grave until I pay the rest of the contract off which will take a couple of years. I really want him to have a headstone because in a couple years there is a chance that they may loose the correct spot where he is buried. Any help that I can get will be greatly appreciated.
