George loved my mom. My sister shared this photo with me, and I have no idea when it was taken, but I love seeing both of their smiles. It's been hard losing them both so close together.

George loved helping others, especially animals. Not long after we moved into our home, a bird hit our living room window and was stunned. George carefully put the bird in a box, so it could recover, all the time hoping that it wasn't too injured. Soon enough, he got his answer and in true George fashion, he expressed his enthusiasm.
