We have great memories of George from elementary school. He always, always was fun and carried more than his fair share helping out with field trips, Fall Festival and Scouts. He will be dearly missed! Our deepest sympathies to the Carameros family.

What is it to die but to stand naked in the wind,
And to melt into the sun?
And when the earth shall claim your limbs,
then shall you truly dance... Gibran
We know Heaven is dancing and laughing along with George G from all the stories he has to tel!
Heaven's gain is our loss, which we feel deeply. Though we knew him briefly, he will always hold a special place in our hearts.
May the family find comfort and peace.

I pray for strength for Nancy and family in this difficult time. I hope you find comfort in knowing how much he was loved and how many memories he left in our hearts. Rosalva (RC)

Lorene and I want to extend our condolences to Nancy, Aunt Narcissus, Cecille, Cynthia, Cathy and Carl. We are in complete shock when we heard the sad news. Death never comes at a good time but I know that George is in a better place and is waiting for the rest of his loved ones, friends and family to join him when their time comes to join out Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I think back at the wonderful times our families enjoyed at Christmas, Easter, family reunions and sadly at funerals. I wish I could come and share my grief and love for George's family, my Aunt and cousins but I am trying to recover from a minor ailment and will not be able to make the trip. Just a final word that I love you all and George and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers,
G3 always had a joke or story up his sleeve and accompanied each with that famous smile and infectious laugh. Whenever I saw that twinkle in his eye, I knew we were in for a hearty time.
I've never seen someone take such sheer delight in their children and grandchildren to the extent that he did. The exuberant joy he displayed when I saw him play with the twins was clear and obvious to any observer nearby. G3 modeled to me what it means to truly love/delight in your family and to welcome strangers into your home with sincere generosity. His example challenged me to love my family more deeply and be a better man.
George will forever be a huge smile in my heart.... He is one big heart and full of laughter. A great person to work for! Being a secretary for George years ago was just as fast an furious as the Restaurant business during lunch time and gave me the stamina I have carried through with me in every job i have had to date! Bless you George for always being a friend and a great boss when i needed one.
George had a heart as big as Texas, and could spin a yarn with perfect comedic timing and delightful, whimsical phraseology. My cheeks and sides always ached after a get together with George and Nancy.
I am so blessed for having known George, he modeled what it means to be a devoted husband and father and loving his family from the Wellspring of his love for Christ.

Nancy, we had precious years together as roommates, and lifelong friends ever since; and my heart aches for you! 😢😢I know there is now a hole in your heart and I pray God will carry you and comfort you in many unexpected and awesome ways, as only He can. I love you!

Peace and Comfort to all the Carameros’, their friends, and people who had the joy of knowing George.
