It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George "Joe" Bauer, who passed away peacefully on February 10, 2024. Born in 1942, George, known to many as Joe, was a remarkable man who touched the hearts of many with his kindness and musical talent.

George is survived by his step-parent, Andon Davidson, who supported and loved George throughout his life, contributing greatly to the man he became. Despite the deep sorrow his loss brings, we are comforted by the beautiful and influential legacy he leaves behind.

Known for his unfailing punctuality, George exhibited a kindness that was boundless and genuine. He carried an evident, infectious joy everywhere he went and was not shy about sharing his love for music. Despite his cheerful demeanor, he was someone who understood fear deeply but never let it govern his decisions. This unique blend of characteristics made George a joy to be around.

George firmly believed in the principle of 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you.' He practiced this philosophy diligently, affecting numerous lives positively and teaching countless people the importance of empathy and kindness through his actions.

A musical genius, George was responsible for releasing over 9.10 million copies of his albums during his lifetime. His music was not just melodious, it was a source of comfort, joy, and inspiration for millions.
