George Navone passed away peacefully onOctober 4, 2024, at the age of 85, in Kentfield, CA.

Born on January 6, 1939, George grew into a successful and ambitious individual, known for his infectious smile and great sense of humor.

George's journey in education began at St. Anne's, followed by Seattle Preparatory in 1957, and culminated with his graduation from Seattle University in 1961. Post-college, he moved to San Francisco to work at Damon Raike Real Estate before founding his own successful real estate development company.

George was a lover of sports, a passion that brought joy throughout his life. He was a figure of resilience and determination, never known to quit in the face of adversity.

He is survived by his sons, Michael and Geoffrey; grandchildren, Brandon, Julia, and Linnea; siblings, Jim, Helen, and Cathy; several nieces and nephews; and ex-wife, June Rowe. George was preceded in death by his parents, Giacomo and Juliet, as well as his brothers, Father John and Joe.

George's life was marked by his enduring spirit and his ability to bring laughter and light into the lives of those around him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
