Geniva attended Illinois Public Schools.
Geniva was preceded in death by her grandmothers Geniva Coleman, her namesake, and
as well as other relative and friends. Geniva made her earthly transition on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Elkhart University Medical Center.
Geniva leaves her loving memories to her mother, Linda Connor; her father, Minner Coleman; her children Jaheim Coleman and Amiya Coleman; her sisters; Desiree Adams, Tasha Lewis, Roberta Coleman, Li Linda Coleman,and Clarinda Coleman; her brothers, Quentin Coleman, Lucus Conner and Carnell Conner; and a hosts of nieces, nephews,cousins, and friends.
