Genevieve's obituary
Genevieve M. Salisbury, 89, of Dunbar passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at Dunbar Health Care Center.
She was a private duty licensed practical nurse.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her son, Dale McCallister; brothers, Fred, Lonnie and Williams Adkins; sisters, Hilda Arthur, Ruby Graley and Gertrude Young; and parents, George V. and Julia Byrd Adkins.
Surviving are her son, William Lee McCallister of Richmond, Va.; daughter, Roberta Smith of Dunbar; and sister, Beatrice Groff of Arkansas. Also surviving are grandchildren, Carla Tucker-Keller and Matthew, Darius, Amber and Roy Dale McCallister; and many loved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, December 2, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mark Jarrell officiating. Burial will follow in Adkins Cemetery.
Friends may call at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, one hour prior to the service on Friday.
