Our family has always said our grandma Ida Mae has the KINDEST children, and we would stress kindest. Our Aunt Geneva, Donna and Chyrel treated us so loving and kind and always made us feel valued by the most genuine smile and hugs. I looked forward to walking in Group Health and saying hi. If Aunt Geneva was on a different floor, I made sure to go down to see her. Her laugh was the best!!
We soon said, not only are our aunts the kindest, but they raised the nicest children. All our cousins then raised their children the same. Thank you Aunt Geneva, along with your siblings for carrying on your family traits and spreading the love from generation to generations. You made us all better.

Geneva was one in a million, a true friend, she could always make you smile. She had a heart of gold. She was our hospital operator and she knew all of our children at Group Health Coop. My children as well as many others appreciated and loved her. She truly was a gift from God. A true and kind friend who will be missed! My condolences to her family. Terry Spencer

I am so thankful I knew Geneva. She was always smiling and always brightened my day. She gave the best hugs and just one of those people you want to he around. I was and am so sad to hear of her passing. I know she loved her hubby & family immensely. Rest in peace. My condolences to her family.

I frist meet Geneva in 1957 we have been friends for 67 years. True friends are the ones that never leave your heart through the years there was times that we were not in touch, but we always managed to meet up again, no matter how long it may have been we would pick up right where we had left off . There is so many things that I will miss her laughter her smile and her big hugs, but most of all I will miss my friend. I’m thankful for all the memories we have shared throughout our life's and she will always have a special place in my heart rest in peace, my dear friend and I know we will meet again. I love you.
