Gene Antonio Smith was born on March 26, 1986 to Michael and Sharon Smith in Houston, TX. "Tony" as loved ones called him, attended Northeast Christian School in his primary years and Kingwood middle & high School where he graduated Tony then attended and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.

After college, he started his 18-wheeler driving career with Grocery Supply from which he transitioned into his own business, owning his own 18-wheeler.

However, the highlight of Tony's life, is marrying his beautiful wife, Ebonie Walker, February 14, 2019.

Gene leaves to cherish in memory, his lovely wife Ebonie, three beautiful children, Ginger, Zoria, and Gene, Jr. His mother, Sharon Atwood (Jeffrey), sister Tamie Okpara (Ugo), and a host of relatives and friends.
