Sorry for your loss Kathy and family 🙏🏾. I won't be there this weekend but will be praying. GC is missed. ❤️

Kathy, This is a truly wonderful read of a life well lived. Thank you for sharing your heart to write his story. I always loved seeing GC, as he created a fun and relaxing vibe. We first met at an LCC after-hours but I got to spend more time talking with him at one of your New Years potlucks. From then on, I was not only a Kathy fan, but a GC fan.
I love the life that you two created. You loved deeply, had a passion that carried over into your work, your art. The two of you had a sync both personally and professionally that few others get to experience. Both of you provided a living example of a good marriage filled with love and laughter.
I am deeply saddened by GC's death. My heart is heavy for you and family. Yet I am in awe of your spirit and intentionality to continue to live the life you two have created. GC lives on through you every day. Your work, your outreach to the community, he is with you.
I am so sorry I am unable to attend the life celebration of such a great man. I delayed a response for some time as I hoped to rearrange another commitment. I am simply not able to travel then. When you are on the boat, after his ashes have been scattered, may you feel the rainbow even if you don't see it. May you be wrapped in love and know you loved deeply.
