Gayla's obituary
Gayla Tuggle, a beloved woman of many virtues, passed away on January 18, 2024, following a life lived with love, courage, and kindness. Born on January 7, 1967, she made a lasting impact throughout her 57 years, teaching all who knew her to smile more, to love genuinely, and to be kind to all.
A woman of simple tastes, Gayla took great pleasure in life's little comforts. She loved relishing cheeseburgers and tator tots, washing her meals down with sweet tea or root beer. For relaxation, she enjoyed watching TV shows like 'Price Is Right' and 'Wheel of Fortune', but her favourite moments were simply being with her dear mother.
She was a lover of music, with Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton being her artists of choice. Her personality was a beautiful blend of sweetness and kindness, bravery, steadfastness, humor, and happiness. These personality traits made her the heart of her family, a source of endless joy and warmth.
Each of Gayla's accomplishments were a testament to her determination and resilience, notably achieving everything doctors said she wouldn't. Her legacy of kindness and love will comfort and inspire those she left behind, as will her treasured love for her many nieces and nephews.
Gayla is survived by her loving mother, Linda Glover, and her father, Edward Tuggle. She leaves behind her cherished brothers, Waylen Tuggle and Jerry Lee Glover. She also leaves a special place in the heart of her niece, Amanda Tuggle. Gayla was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Naydean Eubanks.
In memory of Gayla, let us cherish the lessons she shared and strive to imitate her remarkable spirit. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will forever be a comfort and guiding light.
