Early in my first few weeks at Cheshire I met Gary and we started working on a project we had been assigned to solve together on a major project. Our assignment was to convert the company from analog to digital.   OMG was my first thought.   How in the heck are we going to accomplish this task. And “heck” was not my first word. Nevertheless, with his knowledge and guidance we achieved this goal. In record time.

Gary was my best friend for nearly 40 years. He never failed to help me with any problem and saved me from several serious disasters. Whenever I was with Gary, things seemed better and the light was brighter. He raised my spirits and always put things in a better way. Gary had an amazing ability to straighten things out and make life seem easier. I miss him terribly and need his kindness and positive attitude to raise my spirits and make life seem worthwhile. There will never be anyone else who can do what he did and my life will be less because he is gone.

Will miss you Gary. You were a fun uncle and always enjoyed seeing you and catching up at Christmas and Thanksgiving or whenever. Love Mark Rover
I worked with Gary for many years at Cheshire. He was such a kind caring person. He always found a way to make people laugh. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Gary, I will miss you dearly and I thank you for our many wonderful conversations. I was thinking of you as I stood by the trees at the Casa you trimmed so meticulously. Be well my friend. You are loved. You lived well.

My prayers to Anne. You are strong and your belief that Gary is in paradise and no longer in pain will give you some consolation. If you ever need someone to talk to I’m here for you. Love you and Gary.
