Gary Plauche, 78, of Tucson Arizona passed away peacefully on October 30th 2024. An Air Force veteran, Gary was to serving his country and providing for his family. Gary also spent many years as a Trolley Motorman for the Mine. He also spent 15 years as a Corrections Officer for the Arizona Department of Corrections.

He is preceded in death by his parents, D.J. and Dorothy, his brothers Wayne and John, and his son D.J.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra, who was his partner and confidante for many years, his sister Carole, his brother Mike, his daughter Julie, his granddaughters Tori and Katelyn, and his great grandson Murphy. 

Gary was known for his hard work and unwavering commitment to his family, always putting their needs first. 

A true animal lover, he had a special bond with pets, finding joy in their companionship. His kindness and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be held on December 16th 2024 at 10:00am at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at 15950 N Luckett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653. There will be a reception to follow at his wife, Sandra’s home.
