Gary's obituary
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Dean Perkins. Born on February 15th, 1953, Gary left us too soon on September 30th, 2023. He was someone with a heart as vast as the ocean, and his personality was best described as loveable, caring and funny . His humor was a source of light in many lives and the legacy he leaves behind.
Gary's greatest accomplishments were not his professional accolades, but the love he poured into his family. He was a man who taught by example, showing through his actions what it meant to be selfless, to give without the expectation of receiving, and to love unconditionally. This life lesson is one of many that he left for his loved ones to cherish and follow.
His memory will be eternally cherished by his loving wife, Laura Perkins, and his sons, Jarod (Megan) and Garrison Perkins. Gary also leaves behind his step-children, Zach (Lizzie) Henderson, Amanda Henderson, and Jessica (Chris) Ecker, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
