GARY's obituary
Gary was born on June 9,1968 to Normand and Betty Kerr in Pasco, WA. After Gary graduated from Kennewick High School in 1987 he joined the Army. He started college later in life and pursued a Bachelors degree in Psychology at WSU followed by a Masters degree in Social Work from EWU.

Gary transitioned to working as a behavioral manager at TCRS for 2 years and had recently started a new job as a case manager for the State of Washington DDA. Gary was passionate about social work and helping people with developmental disabilities and loved what he did for a living.
In 2008, he met Kimberly and they were married in June 2011. Gary was father to Ashley and step father to Michael, Jacob and Bethany. He tried his best to be a good father and loved the kids very much. He was also a doggy daddy to the his 7 dogs and made sure to bribe them with a piece of cheese every morning.
Gary loved the outdoors and one of his favorite pastimes was camping and fishing. He was happiest when he was up in the mountains and beating his wife by catching the most fish. Gary enjoyed cooking and was a fabulous cook, often trying new recipes and loved to barbeque, especially his delicious smoked ribs. Gary was always up for a new adventure with his wife, whether going and seeing the latest movie, hiking Candy Mountain, or trying his hand as an artist at a painting event.
