We mournfully announce the passing of Gary Cyrus, 63, of Kingstree, SC. Gary passed away on August 18, 2022, after a hard fought battle with brain cancer.

Gary, born to Woodrow and Naomi Cyrus, took his first breath on July 20, 1959 . Gary was a force to be reckoned with from the get go, graduating from Martin Van Buren in 1978  and attending John Jay College in [year of college graduation]. He spent a majority of his years in Dallas, Texas and he worked as a corporate travel agent.  While Gary never married, he lived a full and vibrant life with more friends than you could count. His family meant more to him than words can describe. So much so that he helped in planning and organizing family reunions, as well as researching his family's genealogy  when Gary retired, he devoted most of his time to traveling, cookin . He was also an active member of [clubs/organizations]. We will miss him dearly.
