Gary Stephen Bell, known to many as Otto, lived a full, curious, and adventurous life for 69 years. He passed away on December 13, 2025 after a courageous battle with stage 4 bladder cancer. He was a storyteller, music lover, devoted father, and proud grandfather whose humor and warmth made an impression on everyone he met.
