Gary Alvin Johnson passed away on December 24th, 2021 from a heart attack. He was surrounded by his family at the time of his death.  A beloved father and husband, Gary is survived by his wife Sandra and four daughters Theresa, Gabbie, Trinity, and Moriah. 

Gary was a very proud father, championing the achievements and experiences of his children. From cheerleading competitions to lacrosse games to volleyball tournaments, Gary rarely missed a game or competition--and he has the pictures and videos to prove it. He always encouraged his children to try their best, whatever that looked like for them. He was looking forward to seeing his daughters graduate from medical school, college, and high school in 2023, but we know he will be with us in spirit.

An avid supporter of Georgia sports, Gary could often be found watching sports games and heard cheering on the Falcons, Braves, Hawks, and Grayson Rams. And every Friday after watching football, he would cook fish (Fish Fridays). 

Gary was an entrepreneur, having started three businesses during his life, with his most recent being What's Buggin' You Exterminating Co. He could often be found driving around metro-Atlanta in his famous maroon work truck. 

We will miss Gary immensely.
