As a fellow broker and then friend, Garth was a salt of the earth, stand up guy. In addition to Garth being enjoyable to be around, he was honest, had strong character and integrity. Garth will be missed. Condolences to the Schut family.

I worked with Garth for many years at Remax and as a closer at Stewart title.

I was very fortunate to have his daughter Tara as my assistant for many years and she had the awesome work ethic her dad had that made my job easier.

Loved his phone calls in the morning to talk to his daughter who he called princess.

Such a loss but prayers to all the family who he loved.
