In loving memory of Garry Ray O'Neal, 78, who went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 6th, 2025. Garry was born on May 29th, 1947 in Indianapolis to Raymond and Sylvia (Bailey) O'Neal. Garry attended Howe High School. On June 4th, 1965, he married the love of his life, Charlotte (Lawler.)
