Garrett Bevington Spear-Smith, 50, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Sunday February 5, 2023. He faced cancer with his characteristic faith, strength, and positivity.
Garrett was born the middle child of Garwin and Veta Smith in Rome, New York on May 25, 1972. He was known for his love of family, his inimitable wit and intelligence, his multiple talents, and his strong faith.
