LeBlanc, Garnet William (Retired OPP) March 4 1929 - Feb 20, 2007. It is with heavy hearts we announce his sudden passing, at the age of 77, at his home on February 20th 2007. Loving husband, true friend and companion of Bee (Bernice) for 53 years.
