Gale Lemoine 66, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully on August 8, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.
Born on January 18,1957 to the late Richard and Carole Ann Meehan, Gale graduated from Word of Faith Bible College and became an ordained Pastor with Open Gate Ministries in 2015. Family was Gale's top priority. She met the love of her life, Joe Lemoine, in 2007, and they married in 2009, blending their families together. Gale was a devoted mother to their seven children, their thirteen grandchildren and their one great granddaughter. She loved gathering everyone together for holidays and celebrations. Gale had a contagious passion for life. She was fiercely loyal and generous, always putting others first. Her warm spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Gale is survived by her husband Joe; her daughters Amy Stevens; Sarah Lena and her husband Kurtis; her son Abraham Stevens; her Step Children Catherine Foxwell and her husband Jason; Elizabeth Holtzberger and her husband Brent; and Joe Lemoine and his wife Sothary; her thirteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; she was predeceased by her son Michael Stevens in 2021.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15th from 4-7 PM at the Southwick Forastiere Funeral Home 624 College Highway, Southwick MA.01077. A memorial service will occur on Wednesday, August 16th 11:30 AM at the funeral home, followed by a military ceremony at the Massachusetts State Veterans Cemetery 1390 Main St. Agawam Ma. 01001 at 2 PM.
