Gale H. Hill, 68, of Rio Linda, California, passed away on July 25, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.
Gale was born on September 18, 1954 to parents Ray N. Hill and Katherine J. Hill in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Family moved to Long Beach, California when Gale was 10 years old. After graduating from Long Beach Polytechnic High School in 1972, he purchased his first horse and met the love of his life …
