Elizabeth Gail Magby, 73, went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2022 in her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 01, 1949.

She married Jerry Magby. Together they built their lives in Upland, Indiana where they raised 1 child Amy Downing.

She is also survived by 2 grandchildren Mikenna Downing and Pheonyx Downing. After retirement they moved to Kentucky to be with her grandchildren and daughter. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.

She loved to cook and bake and enjoyed gardening.

Her love for flowers was evident in her gorgeous roses and eclectic flower beds full of her favorite flowers.

She was the most incredible mother and grandmother and friend.

Those that were blessed to have known her and be loved by her know that she had the kindest and most giving heart.

Her joy came from doing for others.

Her strength and determination radiated during her battle with pancreatic cancer.

She pushed through the darkest days with her faith. Her faith never wavered or her love for the Lord.

She was cancer free for 2 yrs and she cherished every moment of those two years spending time with her family.

She was a beautiful soul and brought light and laughter everywhere she went.

She was our rock.

She is and will forever be deeply missed.

She filled our hearts with love and compassion and taught us all how to live each as if it was our last.
