Gail Fernicola passed away on June 6, 2021 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Gail was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

Gail was born on February 25, 1937. Gail was a homemaker and a lifelong member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Flagtown NJ Engine 36 Fire Company #1.

Gail enjoyed gardening, feeding and watching the birds and squirrels in her yard. She also enjoyed going to flea markets and garage sales. Gail loved going to basket auctions and chasing down beanie babies with her lifelong friend Patricia Kemp. She was an avid Yankee fan and never forgot the day she spent at Yankee Stadium with her loving sister in law Audrey Martin (and seeing her Derek Jeter). Most of all Gail enjoyed spending time with her family, especially watching her grandchildren grow.

Gail is predeceased by her loving husband Norman Fernicola. Gail is Survived by her sister Lorraine Jenwood and husband Robert and Carol Robinson. Her God daughter Tricia Kemp, Her daughters Barbara Orzechowski and husband John, Susan Fernicola, Judith Blake and her husband Les. Grandchildren, John and his wife Emily, Michael and his wife Maxine, Kaitlyn, Jennifer and her husband Dan, Holly, Dustin, Emily, Amy and Jillian. Great Grandchildren, Brianna, Zachary, Joseph, Mario (Spike), Paityn, Hannah, Michael, Anthony and Maya.

We would like to give a very special thank you to Gails hospice nurse Vicky Milman. Thank you for the support and comfort you’ve provided. I appreciate having you with us during the most difficult time in my life with my mother and the continued support you give. (Love Sue, Holly, Emily and Hannah)
