Gail and I have been friends since she lived in Nelson and we went to Junior High together and to the united church.  When she lived with her grandmother in Vancouver I saw her two times a year as I visited with my  aunt during school holidays, on the only visit Elvis made she got us tickets to his concert.  We spent time together again when we were both married and I managed to visit with her in Parksville. I. Shall miss her but am glad she is at rest and not suffering. Marg

My Mum and I knew Gail at CP Air/Canadian Airlines. Always a kind word and a smile. Gail had such a big heart. So glad we were able to connect when I moved to the island. Heaven has another Angel.
Gale will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to the family.
I loved getting to know Gail, over the years. Gail was classy, funny and had a giant heart of gold. I loved hearing about her love for Elvis, and her kitty . She was always one to check in, and her love for Aimee and the family warmed my heart. Gail will be deeply missed.

For me, the sadness of Gail’s passing is being replaced by the gift of many fond memories.  As well as being my loyal and loving sister-in-law Gail and I were good friends.  We shared our thoughts and opinions about life’s “rainy days” and also the days that were “golden”!  Gail simply managed to find the sun behind the clouds.  Always the first to send good wishes;  no birthday or special day of the year was forgotten.

After Gary’s passing Gail chose to move to Parksville to be near Aimee and Grant whom she loved dearly.  Her closeness to Aimee and Grant was a wise choice that brought her much happiness and contentment right to the end.

Although her time has passed Gail’s spirit of care and kindness for family and friends will continue to remain with us.  Love you forever Gail,  Donna

My condolences to Gail's family. I first met Gail when in the hairdresser's and found out she belonged to Beta Sigma Phi. I had just moved from Calgary and Gail invited me to her chapter meeting...the rest as they say is history!!! We have been friends and Sorority Sisters for over 30 years! Miss you Gail soon much, RIP. ❤️

She was a kind and beautiful soul who always had time for those who she cared deeply about and for all of those around her. She will be deeply missed but certainly not forgotten ❤️
Gail was a wonderful friend and person. It was a blessing to know her and her memory will live on in all who knew her. I am comforted to know she is resting in peace. <3
