Gaby's obituary

Gaby Romero, devoted mother and cherished friend and sister, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2024. Gaby was born on May 14, 1930 in Chama, New Mexico, and lived most of her life in Denver, Colorado.  She lived a life filled with dedication to her children and to doing the best she could.

Gaby loved music, dance, and fishing in the mountains of Colorado.  Many of the songs she loved included Spanish language songs that were a part of her Hispanic heritage.

She is survived by her son, Robert Romero, and her daughter, Barbara Romero, who remember her fondly for her strength, wisdom, and unwavering love.  She is also survived by three brothers and two sisters.  Gaby's legacy will live on through all the lives she touched and inspired during her lifetime. Her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
