I am Gabriel's mom. At age 30, my son passed away unexpectedly. He is my oldest son and is 10 yrs older than his youngest sister whom he cared for and protected ever since she was born. When his 9 yr old daughter, and only child, was born he was, needless to say, a very hands on dad. He was very devoted to his daughter.
He survived a medical condition, for less than 3 yrs, until he suddenly passed, but peacefully in his sleep. His last words were, "I 'm tired, right now."
All of the money raised is going to be deligated towards covering all the costs incurred, including memorial and burial services.
Gabriel will always be remembered for his big heart, great smile, charisma, and sense of humor just to name a few of his positive attributes. May God bless you for your donation to this cause. Contribute

The family of Gabriel Mortera is planning to have A CELEBRATION OF LIFE on June 15th, at Janssen Funeral Homes on Spenard Rd. in Anchorage, AK. Those attending are encouraged to wear Gabriel's favorite color. NO BLACK,
BURIAL WILL TAKE PLACE around 5 days later, due to cremation policies.
